2013-05-21 Teck Coal to continue random drug and alcohol tests

Teck Coal can continue with random drug and alcohol tests of it's employees, while the issue goes through arbitration.

The company enacted the new testing policy in December.  The United Steelworkers Union local 9346 filed a grievance and asked for an injunction while the issue went through arbitration.
